Number Sense
This half term, the children are continuing to explore numbers, counting amounts from a larger group, matching numbers to a group of objects, estimating, subitising, showing a number in a ten frame and then a whole part model. During Choosing Time, they have enjoyed exploring numicon and showing different ways to make a number.
