Police Visit
There was great excitement this morning as we received a visit from police officer Marcus and PCSO Paul. As part of learning about Services in our Community, the local community police from Abbots Langley visited EYFS. They explained how they help to keep the public safe and showed us some of the equipment which they use in their job. As well as this, the children got to sit in the back of the police van and the police officers switched on the siren for the children to hear and showed them the flashing lights which they use in an emergency call out.
After explaining to the officers that we were investigating where our missing animal bears have gone to, the children listened carefully to the advice they offered. Let's hope the bears turn up soon...
