Isle of Wight - Day One
After arriving on the Isle of Wight this morning, Year 6 visited Osborne House. The children spent time at the beach Queen Victoria visited whilst holidaying with Prince Albert. We then had a tour around the beautiful house and finished off the afternoon with some time in the adventure park.
The children are currently settling into their rooms at Victoria Lodge Hotel and after some dinner, we intend to walk to the beach and spend some time playing games there.
This evening after an a much anticipated dinner, the children have been settling into their rooms and exploring the garden area of the hotel. We took a stroll down to the beach for some paddling and football before returning to shower and get ready for bed. All quiet so far ….
