Shabbat
One of the year 1 children's nanny came in to tell us all about Shabbat. She showed us how Jewish people prepared for Shabbat by laying the table for the Shabbat meal. We helped her to lay the table, tasted some Challah bread, smelt the spices which are used at the end of the Shabbat and asked lots of questions!
