The Five Ways to Wellbeing
At St Paul's we use the Five Ways to Wellbeing to promote wellbeing in our staff and children at home and in school. The Wellbeing Champions are a group of children from year groups 1 to 6 who meet half termly to support wellbeing in school. Each half term they focus on one of the five ways. There is a also a regular Wellbeing Wednesday club for KS1 children who can come along and take part in activities based around the Five Ways to Wellbeing. Activities include Just Dance routines, drawing nature outdoors, calm colouring, making cards for other people and playing board games together.
