Tessa and Tom's birthday party
We have been learning about different festivals and celebrations, including birthdays. After finding out about why we celebrate birthdays and things that people do to celebrate, we had our own birthday party for our RE dolls called Tessa and Tom. We made and ate cakes; wrote invitations to our brothers, sisters and friends in school; played party games and had a dance to some fun party songs! We sang happy birthday to Tessa and Tom and gave them a cake with a candle to blow out. We all had a great time!
